TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Please take the time to read through this section carefully.

By making a booking an appointment with Tasha’s Table, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice.
 
BOOKINGS


Once a booking is made you agree to attend the appointment you have scheduled.  Appointments are available from 30-90 minutes. You can make an appointment through this website via the ‘Book Online' button,  by calling or texting 07764-704-606 or via the Tasha’s Table Facebook page.

Upon making a booking, I will confirm all the important details and will send you a text reminder a day prior to your appointment. 

Please allow 5-10 minutes at your first appointment to fill out a New Client Consultation Form.  I will not be able to treat you until you have completed and signed this form.  This helps me to get a better understanding of any injuries and/or conditions you may have, it also helps me to learn more about you.  These forms are also vital in putting together a massage treatment plan for you should you decide to go down that route.  In turn, it will help you to get the most out of your session.

Clients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.  The parent/guardian will be invited to stay in the room for the duration of the massage and must give permission for the massage to be performed. The parent/guardian and client will be requested to sign the New Client Consultation Form.
 
CANCELLATION/NO SHOWS


We understand that unforeseeable circumstances could arise and you may need to cancel your appointment at short notice.  If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your booking you will incur a 20% cancellation charge and an invoice will be sent to you by email and post for payment by bank transfer.  Payment is required within 14 days of the missed appointment. Payment must be received before any further massage bookings can be taken.

If you have to cancel your appointment because of a medical condition, then we shall discuss the cost implications on a case-by-case basis.

LATE ARRIVALS


 It is important that we stick to the agreed time of the booking as I do take multiple bookings in a day and we have to be considerate of other clients sessions. If you arrive a little late to your appointment or need to leave a bit earlier than planned, that is not an issue, however we cannot make up the missed time by overrunning or adding time to any future bookings.


CONFIDENTIALITY


All client information/records will be securely protected by Tasha’s Table and will remain confidential at all times. Tasha’s Table will not share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to Tasha’s Table without your consent, or unless required to do so by law.

Anything discussed in the appointments, as well as your treatment details, will not be discussed with anyone other than yourself. The only time this clause will be breached is when the client is under the age of 18.

All of your personal information/treatment records will be kept in a safely locked cabinet and will only be assessed prior to your appointment, and during your appointment, in order for me to read over/take notes.

We will retain your information for a seven years as the law requires.  After this time your records will be destroyed.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Tasha’s Table is a qualified, registered and insured professional massage therapist. Tasha’s Table is insured with Balens, Ltd.

Due to the nature of massage therapy, Tasha’s Table will maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and clients are asked to ensure that they do the same and shower/bathe prior to each session. The therapy room is regularly cleaned and the massage table, towels, sheets, linen and any other material used during any prior sessions are cleaned and disinfected after each use.

Due to the risks of cross contamination, Tasha’s Table will not be allowed to work on any clients if the practitioner is suffering from an illness which prevents the practitioner to work without the risk of cross contamination. This may result in Tasha’s Table contacting you to re-arrange the massage.

If a client is unwell then we ask that the appointment be rearranged for another time when you are feeling better.  It is preferred that you can contact Tasha’s Table by telephone on 07764-704-606 as soon as you can. Please note that our Cancellation Policy may still apply pending on the situation.

Tasha’s Table offers massage treatments that are therapeutic in nature and are NOT a substitute for medical care.

Tasha’s Table will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal items during your time at the Tasha’s Table premise.

If a client is physically or verbally abusive towards, demonstrates inappropriate, aggressive or sexual behaviour then Tasha’s Table holds the right to stop the treatment immediately.  Such may result in a partial or total ban from Tasha’s Table.
