Deep tissue massage

Service Description

Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage, but the focus is on realigning deeper layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints). This massage is beneficial for anyone suffering with chronic aches and pain such as a stiff neck, sore upper and lower back, a frozen shoulder and tightness in the legs.. just to name a few. The pressure is much deeper and forearms & elbows are used to assist in this treatment. Medium to strong pressure is applied.
